Pre sand all of the parts With 100 to 120 grit sand paper sand all exposed surfaces smooth.
If you are hand sanding, this should take between 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
If you have a power sander, this should take about
15 minutes.
Please do not apply glue to any surface until the entire TV Dinner Table is dry assembled
Please Notice the following:
1. The TV Dinner Table has a right and left side.
2. The mortise holes in the top rails face downward.
3. The mortise holes in the top rails face downward.
Now take two legs, one upper end rail and one lower end rail. and 8 spindles and dry fit the pieces together.
If necessary, sand the tenons so they will slip into the mortise slot.
Do this for all of the mortise and tenon joints on all four legs.
