Find the bottom of the revolving bookcase by looking for a 17 inch by 17 inch board with mortise slits on one side and 4 (four) small hold drilled on the other side
Set the bottom of the revolving bookcase on a smooth surface such as a towel or cloth.
Select four side shelf supports and insert the tenon into the mortise slot on the most center mortise slot on each side of the bottom. It the tenon joint does not fit into the mortise joint, it may be necessary to sand the tenon to fit.
Tape the 4 spaces strips on the inside of the four spindles you just inserted.
